This message is written with love—not to condemn but to shine a light on darkness. If you feel convicted as you read, know that this is not merely an invitation to think critically and reflect deeply, but also a call to examine your heart and align your life with God’s truth.
My goal is to challenge the herd mentality and get you to ask the hard questions. Conviction is a gift because it pulls us toward repentance and transformation. I want to break you free from the lies and illusions of this world. The truth may challenge you, but it is through these challenges that we grow, heal, and draw closer to God.
“If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.” John 15:19 NIV
You may live in this world, but you are not of it. Right now, there is a war—a spiritual battle we cannot ignore, and no one is exempt from the struggle. There are many who profess to follow Jesus, but their stubborn hearts live disconnected from the truth of the Bible. Hypocrisy is everywhere.
Matthew 15:8-9 says: “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.” It shows that even back then people prioritized human traditions over God’s commands.
As Christians, we are called to be the light of the world (Matthew 5:14), and the devil doesn’t waste time on those already living in darkness. If you’re going to survive this culture, you cannot do so with lukewarm faith. Every child holds God-given potential. You become a threat to the enemy’s agenda when you’re connected to the source. It’s time to rise up!
A World That Rejects Truth and A Society of Broken Norms
Our society glorifies sin under the guise of freedom. These distractions are designed to pull us away from God by isolating us in shame, guilt, addiction, and emptiness. Inclusivity is so highly valued that we will not discourage our loved ones from doing things even if we know it is objectively harmful to them. The enemy likes to take what is pure and pervert it.
“But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters, and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” Revelations 21:8 NIV
In the pursuit of independence and riches, people are willing to compromise everything—even their dignity. Selling your body has been rebranded as empowerment. Mainstream music glorifies murder and sexual promiscuity. Social media culture is riddled with toxic entitlement. And people are rejecting who God created them to be by undergoing sex changes.
The truth: You were not created randomly. Your life is divinely intentional, and because of that, you are a threat to the enemy. The only one who can truly heal, restore, and give you freedom is Jesus Christ. What the world offers you is counterfeit freedom, and you don’t have to settle for it.
It’s tempting to stay silent to avoid offending others, but silence will only allow darkness to grow. So, in a world that’s increasingly defined by moral ambiguity and spiritual confusion, let’s take a closer look at seven ungodly agendas that seek to erode the foundations of Christianity.
The Cost of a Society Without Morals
1. Abortion: Modern-Day Child Sacrifice
More than just a political issue, it is a war against life itself. You do not see yourself the way the enemy sees you. If you did, you would understand why he is so hell-bent on snuffing out light.
The enemy understands the potential within every child—the light within them could bring hope to their families and communities because they are the answer to the problems in this world. Since before you were born, you had an assignment. This agenda mirrors ancient practices of child sacrifice, where life was traded for personal gain or convenience. Today, it’s masked and celebrated as “choice.”
2. Transgenderism: The Distortion of God’s Design
Transgenderism and the broader LGBTQ+ agenda promote a worldview that rejects God’s intentional creation. Genesis 1:27 declares that you were created in the image of God. Yet society encourages the rejection of this divine identity through gender reassignment and surgeries.
Transgenderism only confuses individuals by further isolating them from society, as they self-categorize and then wonder why they don’t fit in. True freedom comes from embracing who God designed us to be—not from altering it.
3. Sexual Immorality: Undermining the Covenant of Marriage
Sexual immorality is rampant, glorified by pop culture, and normalized in everyday life. Promiscuity, casual relationships, and non-committal attitudes have led to the destruction of the covenant of marriage, which God intended to reflect His relationship with His church (Ephesians 5:25–32).
Relationships are now viewed as mere transactions rather than as the sacred bond they’re meant to be. You wonder why you’re broken, drained, or addicted to sex; it’s because intimacy itself has been distorted. Although “soul-ties” are not explicitly mentioned in the Bible, these deep, emotional bonds are formed by people recklessly knitting themselves together with others, often without understanding the spiritual consequences.
Casual relationships lead to emotional dependencies, and promiscuity creates ties that can deeply affect a person’s heart, mind, and spiritual health. These unintentional bonds cause emotional turmoil, confusion, and difficulty moving forward in life or future relationships.
4. AI Chips: A Prelude to the Mark of the Beast
The rapid development of AI and microchip technology has raised ethical and spiritual concerns. While technology itself is not inherently evil, the push toward mandatory digital identification and economic control could pave the way for a system that strips individuals of their freedom and forces compliance with ungodly systems.
“A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or on their hand, they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath.” Revelations 14:9-10 NIV
Although technology has undeniably revolutionized how we live, its application can be weaponized to undermine personal freedoms and spiritual convictions.
5. One-World Currency: Economic Control and Dependence
Then there’s the move toward a centralized global economy; with the rise of digital currencies and one-bank systems, it is another tool for control. By consolidating financial power this agenda seeks to limit individual autonomy and enforce conformity.
“So that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.” Revelation 13:17 NIV
Both AI chips and one-world currency align with the biblical prophecy about the end times, where no one can buy or sell without the mark. This is exactly why Christians must remain vigilant and discerning.
6. The Rise of Witchcraft and the Occult
Witchcraft, ancestral worship, and occult practices have become alarmingly “normal,” often disguised as harmless entertainment or self-care. Tarot cards, crystal healing, astrology, and manifestations are becoming increasingly popular, sadly even amongst Christians.
“Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” Galatians 5:19-21 NIV
These practices are not innocent at all. Instead, they open gateways to demons and deliberately try to imitate the power of God. It doesn’t help that pop culture tries to desensitize us to it and calls it entertainment.
7. Pop Culture: Normalizing Ungodliness
Finally, modern pop culture wields immense influence. Music, movies, fashion, and social media frequently celebrate and normalize sinful behaviors. Celebrities are elevated to godlike status, and their lifestyles and ideologies are embraced without question. In recent years, celebrities like the Kardashians have significantly influenced societal standards of beauty.
Social media has amplified this influence through perfectly curated images and videos of unrealistic and unattainable ideals. Young girls are calling this artificial mold “new skin” when it’s going to have to be redone again.
Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that “our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
As Christians, we must recognize these agendas for what they are: attempts to distract, deceive, and destroy. Now is the time to stand unwavering in your faith, anchor yourself in God’s Word, and courageously declare His truth. Rather than conforming to the ways of this world, we are called to shine as beacons of hope, extending grace to guide others toward repentance—a path that leads to true freedom.
